The materials and information contained on the site (sometimes “Content”) have been prepared or compiled by TIG. By accessing this Site, visitors to the Site (sometimes “you” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions, and Disclaimers. If you do not understand these Terms and Conditions and Disclaimers or you do not agree with them, please make no use of, and leave, the Site.

TIG reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to change the Site’s Terms and Conditions, and Disclaimers. Any such change will become effective immediately. The Materials and contents of this site may contain artwork, documents, images, information and other materials not proprietary to us, such as photographs, illustrations, clip art, film clips, musical passages, audio track or sound effects, or the names, trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos or designations of licensors or other third parties. Any use whatsoever of any of these materials may be strictly prohibited by such third party unless the prior written permission of such appropriate third party has been obtained.

Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on the Site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail): A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;

1.COLLECTION OF INFORMATION (A) Personal Information: As used herein, “Personal Information” refers to personally identifiable information – information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. TIG collects Personal Information via the Website when you post a comment, and also so that it may initially contact you via e-mail, telephone or mail, or send you email alerts, white papers or other subscriptions to information or services that you may request via the Website; and, only the Personal Information that is reasonably necessary to achieve this end will be collected via the Website. In all other respects, the Website may be used (and the content of the Website accessed) WITHOUT providing any Personal Information. 2. Passive Collection of Non-Personal Information

2. How Personal Information & Non-Personal Information Is Used/Shared.

(A) Personal Information. TIG will use Personal Information collected from you so that it may initially contact you via e-mail, telephone or mail, or send you white papers or other information that you may request via the Website. TIG will not make any other use of your personal information or share your information with any third party, except (a) as is necessary (as determined by TIG in its sole discretion) for TIG to fully comply with applicable law (such as, investigations by law enforcement authorities) and (b) TIG’s sharing of your personal information with those persons retained by TIG to administer the Website on TIG’s behalf.

(B) Non-Personal Information. TIG may use non-Personal Information (in aggregate form) for internal purposes and/or for creating reports for TIG’s own use. TIG will NOT obtain your permission before using your non-Personal Information. Non-Personal Information will NOT be shared with any third party, subject to the same exceptions as applicable to Personal Information (above).

3. Third Party Links.

As fully addressed in the “Terms of Use” of the Website, the Website may contain links to other Websites on the World Wide Web that are not operated or owned by TIG. Before providing any Personal Information on such third party Websites or otherwise using such Websites, it is strongly recommended that you carefully review the information collection/use/sharing practices, privacy policies, and terms/conditions of use of such Websites.

4. Safety & Security.

If you share your computer or use a computer that is accessed by the general public, always remember to sign off and close your browser window when you have finished your session. This will help to ensure that others cannot access your Personal Information. TIG takes steps in an effort to ensure that all information provided by you, whether Personal Information or Non-Personal Information, is treated securely. Regardless of the precautions taken, no data transmission over the Internet, however, can be guaranteed to be totally secure. TIG cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to TIG via the Website. Your use of the Website and provision of Personal Information to TIG via the Website is solely at your own risk.

5. Access To Personal Information.

If you do not want information collected from the Website, please do not submit any information while visiting the Website.
